We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Platinum Supplemental Insurance.

Salary and BenefitsThis is a commission-based role with a potential annual salary of $75,000-$100,000+. In addition to competitive earnings, our team-based structure encourages motivation, accountability, and increased sales. We also offer generous bonuses and luxury travel incentives to recognize and reward outstanding performance.
Job DescriptionAs a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for traveling to meet one-on-one with farmers and small business owners to discuss our products and services. You will receive thorough training in our reliable 10-step sales system and be taught how to identify highly qualified leads in each territory. This role requires ability to travel overnight Monday-Thursday and being at least 18 years old.
Requirements and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you have a strong work ethic, hunger, and determination of a successful salesperson, you may be the ideal candidate for this position.
