About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Concept Director to join our Concept Design team in Nike Global Design. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of creative concepts and visual identities for Nike's key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and visual identities
  • Lead the development of creative strategies and narratives
  • Manage and mentor a team of Concept Designers
  • Work closely with Product Design, Product Merchandising, and Brand Marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Design or related field
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in design, with a focus on creative strategy and narrative
  • Expertise in all aspects of visual design, including strategy, art direction, and world-building
  • Strong portfolio of relevant work, showcasing a passion for inspirational storytelling, photo art direction, brand identity, and world-building
  • Excellent verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to present and defend creative ideas
  • Ability to collaborate with and effectively manage external creative partners
  • Ability to orchestrate creative collaboration across a network of creative studios
