We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team at Harborview Medical Center. As a key member of our perioperative team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our surgical services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the operating room, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans, including medication administration and wound care.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and efficient operating room environment, including inventory management and equipment maintenance.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
- Have or obtain Registered Nursing license to practice in WA or MSL.
- Two years or more years of OR experience.
