About the RoleThis full-time Operating Room Nurse position requires a strong foundation in nursing skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing a variety of surgical procedures. Your expertise and critical thinking skills will be essential in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with our surgical team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient surgical procedures.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in surgical nursing.
- Current WA State RN license.
- One (1) or more years recent Operating Room (scrub and or circulate) RN experience is strongly preferred.
- CPR certification is required every two years or as specified by the work.
- Other certifications may be required for specialty areas. CNOR- preferred.
