**Job Summary**

The Idaho Youth Ranch is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing programs and services for Idaho's youth. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Thrift Store Associate.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operate cash registers and credit/check processing equipment
  • Sort, clean, price, and stock donated merchandise
  • Operate pallet jacks, hand carts, lift gates, and other loading/moving equipment

**Requirements:**

  • Be enrolled in High School or possess a High School diploma or equivalent
  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Have strong customer service skills and be able to provide excellent customer service
  • Be able to work weekends

  • As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program
  • The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions
