Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from ESRD, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to patients, addressing their unique needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and clinical guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to promote informed decision-making and seamless care coordination.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or equivalent experience.Current RN license in good standing, valid for practice in the state of employment.At least two years of experience in dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing, preferably in a similar setting.Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), as applicable.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
