Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to all regulations regarding residents' rights
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas and residents' living spaces, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, floors, furniture, and communal areas
- Sweep and vacuum all designated areas
- Execute all cleaning tasks, following a scheduled plan and instructions from the supervisor
- Clean and/or polish all furnishings, fixtures, ledges, heating/air conditioning units in resident rooms and all public spaces
- Minimum one year of relevant experience in a similar setting with on-the-job training preferred
- Proficient in operating cleaning equipment such as mangle, iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc. as necessary
- Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions at a level necessary to complete job requirements
