Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Oversee the clinical services provided to clients, ensuring high-quality care and exceptional outcomes.
- Clinical Team Management: Interview, educate, train, and supervise clinical team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with clients, the Clinical Director, and other members of the care team to create individualized Plans of Care that meet the unique needs of each child.
- Quality Assurance: Review documentation submissions to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Field Visits: Conduct home and/or hospital visits to assess the needs of clients and provide guidance to clinical team members.
