OVERVIEW


The Lead Electrical Technician will oversee crew safety, ensure compliance with environmental standards, and drive productivity and profitability within the unit. You will play a crucial role in the management team, collaborating on all company initiatives.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Implement safety protocols to meet or exceed company objectives.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and proficiency in PLC systems.
  • Understanding of power distribution and instrumentation calibration.
  • Proven safety management experience.
  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems.
  • Experience in team leadership with effective planning and people management skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational capabilities with a history of achieving results.
  • Ability to navigate a matrix organization effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build productive relationships with leaders and team members.
