OVERVIEW
The Lead Electrical Technician will oversee crew safety, ensure compliance with environmental standards, and drive productivity and profitability within the unit. You will play a crucial role in the management team, collaborating on all company initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Strong troubleshooting skills and proficiency in PLC systems.
- Understanding of power distribution and instrumentation calibration.
- Proven safety management experience.
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems.
- Experience in team leadership with effective planning and people management skills.
- Demonstrated organizational capabilities with a history of achieving results.
- Ability to navigate a matrix organization effectively.
