Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in rotational experiences across various business areas, including financial and management reporting, financial analysis, internal controls, investment accounting, and taxes.
  • Develop leadership skills through individual mentorship and peer networking opportunities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 2+ years' applied accounting experience preferred.
  • Desire to learn and be challenged.
  • Curiosity about leading with or without a formal title.
  • Recognizes value in networking and relationship building across business areas.
