Position Overview: Pediatric Hospitalist at AdventHealth Central Florida
AdventHealth for Children and AdventHealth Medical Group are on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated pediatric hospitalist to enhance their medical team at AdventHealth Central Florida.
- Manage pediatric admissions and discharges within the dedicated Pediatric Unit
- Facilitate emergency department pediatric consultations and patient transfers as necessary
- Engage in daily, family-oriented rounds
- Conduct newborn admissions and discharges
- Oversee patient stabilization and resuscitation efforts
- Work approximately 15 shifts monthly, balancing in-hospital duties with on-call responsibilities
Qualifications: Board Certification/Eligibility with the American Board of Pediatrics is required.
