Our Pediatrics Team

Our Pediatrics Team is a dynamic and compassionate group of healthcare professionals who specialize in medical care for infants, children, and adolescents. Led by pediatricians and supported by nurses and specialists, we focus on preventive care, acute illness management, and chronic disease treatment.

We prioritize family-centered care, ensuring each child's health and development through evidence-based practices and continuous education. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional care that meets the unique needs of each child and their family.

Position Overview

This position is responsible for delivering patient-centered care to children and their families. The successful candidate will be a compassionate and skilled healthcare professional who is dedicated to providing high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each child.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for conducting thorough physical assessments, monitoring vital signs, and developing personalized care plans that promote pediatric health and development milestones.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for facilitating clear communication with caregivers and healthcare providers, coordinating referrals to pediatric specialists, and managing pediatric medication prescriptions and refills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nursing
  • Licensure/Registration in New York State as an LPN
  • CPR Certification
  • Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail
Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Electronic Medical Records experience
  • Phlebotomy certification
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
