About the Role

Cortica is seeking an experienced Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Supervisor to oversee clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. As a key member of our team, you will provide support and oversight for ABA Assistant Supervisors and Behavior Interventionists within your pod.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to team members
  • Oversee clinical programming and ensure high-quality care
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary agencies working with autistic children and their families
  • Utilize software and systems, including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products
  • Maintain knowledge of HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a Human Services or related field
  • Current and unrestricted license and/or certification required to practice within your clinical domain
  • Working knowledge of ABA practices and experience working with children diagnosed with Autism
  • Field work experience in a home-based setting and collaboration with cross-disciplinary agencies
  • Proficiency in software and systems, including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products
