We are seeking a highly skilled Process Lead to join our team at Avantor Sciences. As a Process Lead, you will play a critical role in overseeing the stock-out tracker, CRM tools, and team processes. You will be responsible for monitoring metrics and lead times, developing and maintaining SOPs, SOWs, SPIs, and KPIs, and serving as a liaison among customers, Avantor services, and Avantor sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the stock-out tracker, CRM tools, and team processes.
  • Monitor metrics and lead times.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, SOWs, SPIs, and KPIs.
  • Serve as a liaison among customers, Avantor services, and Avantor sales.
  • Supervise inventory management, shipping, and receiving processes.
  • Collaborate with lab operations, facilities, and various carriers.
  • Manage material orders, procurement, and input data into the customer computer system.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) is required.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, purchasing, or account management.
  • Flexible and adaptable to daily changes.
  • Microsoft Teams experience preferred.
  • Spill containment, IATA, DOT, IMDG, and Hazwoper training a plus.
  • GMP and GLP training a plus.
  • CPR training and OSHA Right to Know preferred.
  • Inside sales experience and cross-referencing skills a plus.
  • Potential to manage Scientific Services.
