Job Summary

Tulare City School District is currently accepting applications for a Registered Behavior Technician position.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting instructional programs, assisting teachers and staff in implementing student learning experiences, and working under close consultation with a District BEST Coach (BCBA).

Salary and Benefits

Salary: $25.55 - $30.81 per hour (200 work days per year, 8 hours per day)

This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Job Responsibilities

The successful applicant will perform various activities in support of instructional programs, including:

  • Direct implementation of behavior plans, analytic techniques, and evidence-based practices.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician Certification issued by the Board Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or Master's degree in behavior analysis and pursuing internship hours.
  • Nonviolent Crisis Prevention (CPI) certification will be provided during employment.
