Job Overview

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Axelon. This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with occasional weekend or after-hours support requested by clients.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of hardware and software related to Windows 10, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), tablets, phones, printers, and label printers. Additionally, they should have experience configuring devices and deploying them to users, as well as understanding network concepts.

Salary and Benefits

Our estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of IT experience
  • Knowledge of hardware and software related to Windows 10, VDI, tablets, phones, printers, and label printers
  • Experience configuring devices and deploying them to users
  • Understanding of network concepts
How You Will Work

You will be working primarily from our main site in WBH, but may be required to float to other NYP campuses as needed. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support to clients, responding to requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
