We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team at Robins & Morton. As a Laborer, you will play a critical role in the physical building of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate hand and power tools, and various equipment to assist in the construction process.
  • Load and unload trucks, and deliver materials to site storage areas or other designated locations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safe and productive work.
  • Erect and disassemble scaffolding, shoring, braces, and other temporary structures.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
  • 1 year of experience as a Labor/Helper in the carpentry or construction field preferred.
  • Ability to comprehend safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • General knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment necessary to assist carpenters, foremen, and R&M managers.
