Role Summary

As a Counter Supervisor in the Macy's Cosmetics Division, you will oversee all facets of a cosmetics line, including mentoring a team of talented Beauty Advisors. Key Responsibilities

  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with consistent attendance and punctuality
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Extended periods (at least two consecutive hours) of standing or walking throughout the store or department
  • Frequent use of computers and handheld electronic devices
  • Ability to reach, including above eye level, crouch, kneel, stoop, and possess color vision.
  • This role involves lifting, moving, standing, reaching with arms and hands, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
