Compensation Package
- Annual salary range: $60,000 - $90,000

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of clients and implement therapeutic interventions
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and individual counseling
- Complete necessary clinical documentation promptly
- Build trusting relationships with clients and their families
- Conduct admission assessments and outreach efforts
- Engage in collaborative treatment team discussions
- Manage a caseload and provide ongoing therapy
- Conduct utilization reviews for insurance providers
- Assist in crisis management and support staff in the therapeutic environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Active license in the state of Washington
- Certification in CPI within 90 days of employment
- Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications within 90 days of employment
- Valid driver's license required
