About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Hand Therapist / Certified Hand Therapist to work with our team of healthcare professionals. As an Occupational Hand Therapist / Certified Hand Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating conditions, injuries, and illnesses within the scope of practice of an Occupational Therapist/Certified Hand Therapist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat conditions, injuries, and illnesses within the scope of practice of an Occupational Therapist/Certified Hand Therapist
  • Work with a network of hand surgeons, orthopedic surgeons, occupational medicine physicians, family physicians, and advanced practice clinicians
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
Requirements:
  • Current certification by the Hand Therapy Certification Commission (HTCC)
  • Current license in the state of Washington
  • Graduate of accredited OT or PT program
  • Current CPR certification for Health Care Providers
  • Advanced skills in orthotic and custom splinting fabrication
