About the Job

The TalentBurst team is seeking an experienced and skilled Phlebotomist I to join our dynamic healthcare team in Olympia, WA.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with patients from diverse backgrounds, utilizing excellent communication skills to build trust and confidence while collecting blood samples with precision and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in phlebotomy, patient care, and laboratory procedures, as well as experience working in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing following established protocols and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and supervisors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the organization.
  • Perform daily tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of productivity and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Possess at least 6 months of experience in phlebotomy or related medical field.
  • Hold current certification in phlebotomy (required in CA, NV, and WA states).
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, working effectively in high-pressure situations.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adapting quickly to changing circumstances.
