Key Responsibilities- Provide RN visits and medication education to patients
- Administer IV Lasix and injections as needed
- Manage in-basket and triage patients to ensure timely care
- Advocate for patients' well-being and provide support
- Active unencumbered Oregon RN license
- Active unencumbered Washington RN license or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure
- Current Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification
- Experience with electronic health records, with Epic experience strongly preferred
