  • Issue tickets to guests for the easy retrieval of their belongings.
  • Manage the distribution of freshly dry-cleaned jackets for banquet servers.
  • Assist in locating any misplaced coats and guarantee proper return to guests.
  • Travel to various venues for events as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace through general cleaning duties.
  • Participate in all scheduled meetings and training sessions to enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members or work independently to fulfill guests' needs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or event management is preferred.
  • Proficient in English for clear communication.
  • Ability to perform under pressure while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
  • Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules based on operational demands.
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory.

Physical Requirements
