Patient Care Advocate

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Advocate to join our team of clinical support staff. As a Patient Care Advocate, you will play a vital role in guiding patients towards taking control of their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between patients and their healthcare providers.
- Deliver exceptional face-to-face patient experiences at our clinics.
- Assist patients in understanding their treatment options and provide support throughout the process.
- Consult with patients to gather information regarding their symptoms, mental health status, and medication history.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2+ years of full-time work experience in a service-oriented role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
