Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services. As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the best possible patient care by supervising and directing nursing staff during their shifts.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working days with a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and be committed to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct nursing staff during shifts to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement effective nursing practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care and employee issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Valid North Carolina Board of Nursing license and proof of renewal every two years.
  • At least two years of experience in long-term care or a related field.
