Role Overview: We are currently seeking an Associate Attorney with over 5 years of experience in employment law to join the firm. This position offers a unique opportunity to advocate for clients and achieve significant resolutions in cases involving employee misclassification, overtime wage violations, and other infringements of workers' rights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cases independently from initiation through to resolution or trial.
- Represent clients in complex employment-related litigation.
- Provide expert legal advice on wage and hour matters.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a recognized law school.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in wage and hour law.
- Experience with PAGA representative actions is preferred.
- A consistent professional history with minimal job changes.
- Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
