Job Summary

Fresenius Medical Care North America is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as an Outpatient Registered Nurse. This role is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced dialysis environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and document patient responses and outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and facility operations.
  • Supervise and mentor Patient Care Technicians/LPNs/LVNs/RNs as a Team Leader or designated Nurse in Charge.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current appropriate state licensure.
  • Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
  • Minimum of 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse (preferred).
  • Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience (preferred).
