We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Services Engineer to join our team in the greater Dallas market. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for implementing high-level server solutions, handling networking and infrastructure implementations, and providing technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement high-level server solutions using Dell, VMWare, Windows Server, and Azure technologies.
  • Handle networking, router, firewall, and infrastructure implementations using Fortinet, Sonicwall, and other technologies.
  • Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Document technology and topologies during onboarding of new customers.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of project plans.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and Novatech staff to ensure successful project outcomes.

Certification Goals:

  • We require all full-time technical staff positions to take two Microsoft or other approved certification exams per year.
  • As a Vendor Certified Employee, you will be required to associate your certifications with Novatech to assist with partner level certification needs.
