RiverSpring Living, a leading provider of long-term care solutions, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at the Hebrew Home at Riverdale. As a skilled nursing facility, we offer a comprehensive range of care services, including nursing home care, managed long-term care, assisted living programs, and rehabilitation services.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to residents, ensuring their needs are met in a safe and respectful environment.
- Supervise licensed practical nurses and certified nurse aides, delegating tasks and monitoring their performance.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting resident autonomy and dignity.
- Participate in survey and inspection activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in a long-term care setting.
- Valid New York State License as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience supervising nursing staff.
- Familiarity with current standards and practices in nursing, including infection control and medication management.
$60.00 per hour, competitive compensation package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
