Nurse Manager Lead

At Spring Creek Rehabilitation, we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled RN Nurse Manager to oversee our skilled nursing unit.
Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
The ideal candidate will have prior Long Term Care and Charge Nurse experience, with a valid NYS RN License. They will be responsible for handling all supervisory duties, mentoring less experienced nurses, and maintaining the standards of care for the unit.

- Supervise and mentor a team of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement employee policies and procedures
