Key Responsibilities of the Physician:

  • Design and manage individualized patient treatment plans
  • Prioritize proactive healthcare and promote healthy living
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with patients
  • Conduct thorough annual health assessments
  • Educate patients on relevant health topics
  • Participate in after-hours patient care as necessary
  • Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary teams

Practice hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm, supported by a team that includes a health coach and a nutritionist. The electronic medical record system utilized is NextGen.
