Transformative Summer Intern

We're seeking highly motivated and innovative students to join our summer internship program at Butterball, a leading producer of turkey products in the US. As a Poultry Production Intern, you'll work in our processing plant located in Raeford, NC, and be an integral part of our team.

As a member of our summer internship program, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in food production, quality assurance, and process improvements. You'll work closely with our team to optimize processes, develop your leadership skills, and contribute to quality assurance and food safety.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Agri-Business, Animal Science, Food Science, Meat Science, or related field, with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026. Additionally, you must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
