Assembly Line Technician

Pennsylvania Transformer Technology LLC is seeking a skilled Assembly Line Technician to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires hands-on mechanical work using various tools and equipment.
Job SummaryThe Assembly Line Technician will be responsible for constructing and assembling core and coil units, as well as associated tanking procedures. The successful candidate will also be involved in preparing tanks and covers, inserting units, installing and connecting internal and external accessories, and adjusting for proper clearance. Additionally, the technician will process units for testing and prepare them for shipping.
Key Responsibilities- Construct and assemble core and coil units
- Perform tanking procedures
- Prepare tanks and covers for assembly
- Install and connect internal and external accessories
- Adjust units for proper clearance
- Process units for testing
We are looking for an experienced Assembly Line Technician who possesses excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with on-the-job training provided. Physical efforts and skills involve moderate to heavy physical exertion.
