Part-Time CBD Sales Professional

We are a nationwide retail hemp company looking for outgoing, hardworking, and reliable individuals to work in our growing number of retail stores. As a Part-Time CBD Sales Professional, you'll be the go-to expert for our valued customers seeking guidance and knowledge about the wonderful world of cannabis.
Job Overview: As a key member of our sales team, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every customer has an outstanding experience in our store.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and services.
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of our products.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and ordering procedures are followed.
- Meet and exceed sales and weekly goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Ability to support events away from the store as needed.
- Fast learner with excellent communication skills.
- Cash handling and POS experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Dependable transportation.
