Job Summary:
As the Henrietta office expands, Nesco Resource, LLC is seeking a Recruitment Sourcing Coordinator to assist with the influx of calls and sourcing efforts for our Recruitment team.
The successful candidate should possess proficiency in Excel and be adept at crafting concise summaries for our recruiters to utilize during final interviews.
Additionally, the candidate should be capable of navigating platforms such as Indeed, Career Builder, and Monster to identify suitable candidates for the roles we are sourcing.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Excel
- Prior experience in recruitment is advantageous
- Background in customer service is beneficial
- Competence in computer usage
- Experience with phone screenings for various positions is a plus
