Position Overview:


The HVAC Technician II is responsible for executing essential tasks related to the operation, preventive upkeep, and repair of air handling systems, fan coil units, and various other mechanical equipment. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, particularly focusing on HVAC systems.

The technician must possess the ability to work autonomously, effectively troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment malfunctions, disassembling machinery, and repairing or replacing defective components.

Additionally, the technician may procure replacement parts and equipment with the necessary management consent. Inspections of completed repairs are also part of the role.
This position may involve the maintenance and repair of machinery and mechanical apparatus, including motors, pumps, conveyors, belts, fans, air conditioning units, and more.

Work Schedule:
Full-time, Evening Shift (40 hours per week)

Shift Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Weekend Availability Required

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
