Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Inova Health System. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients in a variety of medical and surgical settings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a current Massachusetts RN license and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in med/surg. A bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred, and telemetry experience is a plus.
As a Registered Nurse in our Float Pool, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide population-specific care. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.

- Current Massachusetts RN license required
- Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and conflict management skills required
- Telemetry experience preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years nursing experience required, preferably in med/surg
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, preferred
- Demonstrated clinical competence and experience as required by the specific job posting
- Telemetry training required within the first year of employment
