Key Qualifications for Success at GXO:

  • Design and implement lead generation campaigns focused on pipeline revenue.
  • Act as the regional representative to streamline internal processes for generating qualified sales leads.

  • Conduct scoping meetings with potential clients, collaborating with partners in IT, operations, and other departments.

  • Effectively manage Salesforce and utilize the database for sales development initiatives.
  • Work alongside Demand Generation and Marketing teams to establish a continuous lead generation schedule and strategy.
  • Implement processes to ensure leads are nurtured and followed up on consistently.
  • For new product initiatives, familiarize yourself with GXO's innovative offerings and the sales process to bring them to market.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Over 2 years of experience in lead generation or Business/Sales development, particularly in the eCommerce or Business Process Outsourcing sectors.
  • Proven track record of success in Business/Sales Development and lead generation.
  • High energy and enthusiasm; motivated to make daily cold calls, initiate campaigns, and learn from experienced sales professionals.
  • Demonstrated self-management skills and motivation to achieve team and individual goals.
  • Strong social media networking capabilities.
  • Ability to accept constructive feedback and grow with mentorship.
  • Comfortable in a transparent environment that fosters learning and high earning potential.
  • Integrity and commitment to fulfilling the team’s collaboratively developed plans.
  • Strong initiative to learn from leadership and drive tactical plans, campaigns, and outreach to successful outcomes as a team member.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
  • Sales forecasting experience.
  • Occasional travel may be required to support trade shows and customer engagements.
