Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team as a Renal Nutrition Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive nutrition care to patients with end-stage renal disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient knowledge and provide education on the relationship between diet and kidney disease
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and address malnutrition and other nutrition-related issues
  • Monitor and adjust nutrition therapy as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
  • 1+ year experience in clinical nutrition, preferably in renal care
  • Board Certified Specialist in Renal Nutrition (CSR) certification preferred
