Job Summary

We are seeking a Tax Manager to join our team. As the linchpin connecting our team and clients, you will collaborate directly with Senior Leadership and the Managing Partner to shape the strategic path of our client's tax services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee client engagements, focusing on business and individual returns, ensuring excellence and precision
  • Offer strategic business insights to foster client growth
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships based on trust with clients and colleagues
  • Navigate and manage project risks effectively
  • Spearhead engagements, guiding and mentoring associates toward professional excellence
  • Contribute to our leadership conversations, helping steer the firm's growth with your insights
Requirements
  • BBA/BS in Accounting, with an MBA/MS as a plus
  • 5+ years of contemporary public accounting experience focused on pass-through entities and high-net-worth individual clients
  • Deep understanding of complex tax issues, especially in partnership taxation and a desire to focus on pro-active strategies of tax planning/consulting
  • CPA or EA, or on your way to becoming one, demonstrated by parts passed and future exams already scheduled
  • Experience with high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and intricate partnership and S-Corp structures
  • Proven track record of success
