**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our technology planning efforts, supervising the day-to-day work of our IT team, and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement new network troubleshooting strategies to minimize downtime and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Create and execute plans for upgrading our network software to ensure we stay up-to-date with the latest technology.
  • Design and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of a problem.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of network and data security programs.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to assess the growth needs and maintenance of our network, hardware, and software infrastructure.
  • Provide server and networking support to the IT team.
  • Liaise with external developers on various projects involving our customer relationship management and telephony software.
  • Manage and maintain our company inventory of IT equipment.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for IT spend, including personnel and asset management.
  • Oversee network administration and help desk functions.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and best practices.
  • Make recommendations and implement improvements to our existing infrastructure.
