A healthcare facility is actively looking for several dedicated Registered Nurses to enhance their workforce. Below are the specifics:


Position: Registered Nurse

Employment Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

Work Environment: MedSurg, Neuro, & Telemetry

Location: St. Cloud, MN

Work Schedule: Full Time, Various shifts available – 3 12-hour shifts per week (no straight day shifts available), holiday and weekend rotation

Compensation: $36.83 (ADN); $37.75 (BSN); $38.69 (MSN) based on experience, plus a $3,500 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for:

  • Utilizing critical thinking skills to assess patient conditions, identify changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor patient progress, and document relevant observations.
  • Delivering professional nursing care in alignment with hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Current Minnesota RN License
  • ADN required upon hire; BSN required within 3 years
  • BLS & CPR certification
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
