Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified individual to join our team as an Adjunct Instructor for the Paralegal (Law & Legal Assisting) program at College of the Canyons. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching courses in paralegal studies and law, as well as contributing to the development of curriculum and program materials.

Responsibilities
  • Teach courses in paralegal studies and law, including introductory and advanced courses
  • Develop and implement curriculum and program materials, including course syllabi and assessments
  • Contribute to the development of program goals and objectives
  • Participate in departmental and college-wide committees and activities
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in the field of paralegal studies and law
Requirements
  • Master's degree in paralegal studies, law, or a related field
  • Experience teaching paralegal studies and law courses
  • Strong knowledge of paralegal studies and law, including relevant laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
