Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.

- Willingness to travel extensively (80% of the time).
- Familiarity with stringent quality standards (GMP, automotive) and their implications on product lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of the industrial landscape, with a results-driven mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including coaching, influencing, and motivating capabilities, alongside a leadership-oriented personality.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in a second language (Spanish, French, or German) is advantageous.
