As a key member of our manufacturing organization, you will play a critical role in designing and developing innovative manufacturing processes and systems that drive quality, cost, and schedule excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement process automation solutions to improve productivity, quality, and equipment performance.
• Develop and define manufacturing processes for new product introductions and product enhancement programs, leveraging advanced engineering techniques such as DFM/DFA, FMEA, and Lean Six Sigma Methodology.
• Evaluate and implement innovative manufacturing processes and techniques to improve manufacturing operations and business systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance design for manufacturability and ease of integration to manufacturing facilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Previous manufacturing experience and knowledge of Lean-Six Sigma processes.
• Project Management, PLC, and AutoCad experience.
• Aptitude for mechanical/electrical applications related to equipment/processes.
