Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 80 FTEs, including 4 nursing supervisors, in providing high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, and safety.
- Collaborate with physicians, other departments, and stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Manage budgets, payroll, and performance evaluations for the department.
- Recruit, train, and develop nursing staff to meet the needs of the department.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Nurse Manager or in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of improving patient outcomes, satisfaction, and safety.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including tuition reimbursement, loan repayment, and certification reimbursement.
