Job Overview

Position Summary:
This role requires a U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safeguarding assets by ensuring adherence to internal control protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Evaluating compliance with established internal control measures through thorough examination of records, reports, operational practices, and documentation.
  • Validating assets and liabilities by cross-referencing items with supporting documentation.

Position Requirements:

*U.S. Citizenship is mandatory
*Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required

  • A minimum of 9 years of relevant experience or a combination of 5 years of work history and education.
  • Familiarity with asset inventory management, reconciliation processes, ticketing systems, and databases is preferred.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Conducting thorough property audits and developing, recommending, and implementing policies for property administration.
  2. Creating plans and programs aimed at achieving and sustaining product quality throughout the lifecycle of the assets.
  3. Monitoring operations to avert the production of defects and ensuring compliance with quality plans and requirements.
  4. Preparing regular and special reports as necessary.
