We are seeking a skilled Department Manager to oversee daily operations in our store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ordering and stocking merchandise to meet customer demand
  • Maintaining a visually appealing store environment through effective merchandising and presentation
  • Ensuring a clean and organized store through regular cleaning and maintenance
  • Providing excellent customer service and supporting cashiers as needed

As a Department Manager at Hobby Lobby, you will enjoy a competitive hourly wage, ranging from $15.50 to $16.50, depending on experience. You will also be eligible for a Christmas bonus, paid vacation, and a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and prescription coverage, as well as a 401(k) program with company match.

We are looking for a motivated and self-disciplined individual who is able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Previous retail experience is preferred, but not required.
