Job Description:

The Residential Facilities Manager will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our properties. This includes completing work orders, evaluating repair needs, and managing inventory.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete work orders and repair tasks
  • Evaluate and estimate time required for repairs
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance
  • Manage inventory of materials and supplies
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in maintenance or related fields
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation:

$55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
