About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Medical Equipment Technician Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Field Service team, you will be responsible for servicing medical laboratory equipment in the greater Seattle area. We are looking for someone with strong electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills and recent experience in the Medical Device industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Servicing automated robotic lab instrumentation.
  2. Coordinating problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
  3. Maintaining car inventory, including tools and trunk stock (parts).
  4. Providing on-site training regarding the operation of company instrumentation.
Qualifications
  • A Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or a related discipline is required.
  • Good experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting is essential.
  • Overnight travel will be required.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a field service engineer is necessary.
